These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WishPilot, a SaaS platform operated by Ednosphire ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering or using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
WishPilot is a cloud-based customer engagement platform that enables businesses to automate WhatsApp messages for birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, and loyalty campaigns using Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use WishPilot. By using our service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at grevaince@ednosphire.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
WishPilot integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Your use of WhatsApp is separately governed by Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for service outages, template rejections, or policy changes made by Meta.
You retain full ownership of your business data and customer data uploaded to WishPilot. By using the platform you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All software, design, trademarks, and content forming the WishPilot platform are the exclusive property of Ednosphire. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ednosphire's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of WishPilot shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
WishPilot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate accounts immediately for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
