Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of WishPilot, the customer loyalty and WhatsApp automation platform operated by Ednosphire.

1. Description of service

WishPilot is a cloud-based customer engagement platform that helps businesses automate WhatsApp messages for birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns using Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use WishPilot. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at grevaince@ednosphire.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & billing

  • WishPilot is offered on a subscription basis with monthly and annual plans.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and all fees are non-refundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change pricing with prior notice through email or in-app communication.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of the service.

5. Free trial

Eligible new accounts may receive a 14-day free trial with full platform access. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WishPilot to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited, misleading, or deceptive messages
  • Violate Meta's WhatsApp policies or any applicable law
  • Transmit malware, phishing attempts, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform, APIs, or integrations
  • Impersonate any person, business, or organization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. WhatsApp & third-party services

WishPilot integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API and other third-party infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be governed by their independent terms and policies. We are not responsible for external outages, policy changes, or template rejections made by those providers.

8. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you upload to WishPilot. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and support the service.

9. Intellectual property

All software, branding, design, documentation, and platform content that forms WishPilot are the exclusive property of Ednosphire or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ednosphire's aggregate liability for claims arising out of your use of WishPilot will not exceed the subscription fees paid by you during the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

WishPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted service.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the applicable plan terms. Upon termination, access ceases at the end of the current billing period unless immediate termination is required for breach, fraud, or abuse.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
