Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, billing errors, and payment disputes are handled for WishPilot plans.

No refunds: All subscription payments made to WishPilot are non-refundable. Please review this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. No refund policy

WishPilot operates a strict no-refund policy. Subscription fees, whether monthly or annual, are charged in advance and are non-refundable once payment is made.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Unused features or services within the selected plan
  • Subscription renewal charges
  • Mid-cycle upgrades or plan changes
  • Voluntary cancellations
  • Suspensions or terminations for policy or Terms violations

2. Free trial

WishPilot offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the service fully during the trial before purchasing a paid plan.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. After cancellation:

  • No future renewal charges will be made
  • You retain access until the end of the active billing period
  • No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current plan term

4. Billing errors

If a verified billing error or duplicate charge occurs due to a technical fault on our end, contact us at grevaince@ednosphire.in. We will investigate and, if confirmed, reverse the erroneous charge within 7 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out directly so we can resolve genuine billing issues promptly.

6. Payment processor

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
