Account information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, and business type provided during registration.
Customer data: Names, phone numbers, birthdays, anniversary dates, and related customer attributes uploaded or imported into WishPilot.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, browser and device information, and campaign performance metrics collected automatically.
Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications: Support messages, onboarding requests, and correspondence with our team.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the WishPilot platform.
- To send WhatsApp campaigns, reminders, and loyalty messages on your behalf.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and issue billing communication.
- To respond to support requests, disputes, and account-related questions.
- To detect fraud, misuse, security issues, or violations of our Terms.
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only when needed to operate the service or comply with law.
- Meta / WhatsApp: To deliver messages through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
- Razorpay: For payment processing and subscription management.
- Cloud infrastructure providers: To host our application, databases, and secure operational systems.
- Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data retention
We retain account and customer data while your subscription is active. After account deletion or termination, data is purged within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or for dispute handling.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, JWT-based authentication, role-based access controls, and controlled access to hosted infrastructure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so you use the platform at your own risk.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data. You may also withdraw consent for processing, which may require us to suspend or terminate the related service.

7. Cookies
WishPilot uses session cookies and similar technical mechanisms that are strictly necessary for authentication and secure platform operation. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children’s privacy
WishPilot is a business platform intended for adult business operators. We do not knowingly collect data directly from anyone under the age of 18.

Our website and platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content, and you should review their policies independently.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through email or in-app notification before they take effect where reasonably possible.
